Abdulrahman Kalla Muhammad is an origin of Kano State. He was born in 1964 to a KANO Merchant Alhaji Muhammadu Borodo who sojourned in Bukuru Plateau State for many years. He started his early Education in a normal Quranic school at the tender age of 4 in Bukuru town He started his primary Education at the Africam Church school (SALEM) Ebute Metta, Lagos from 1970-1977. On completion, he returned to kano and enrolled at Government secondary school Gwarzo from 1977-1978. In September, 1978, he was admitted at science secondary school D/kudu for a 3year science secondary school Education leading to a GCE '0' level certificate in 1981. In the same year(1981), he was admitted at the kano state poythecnic for a 3year National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. In 1984, the national Diploma certificate was awarded. His workimg experience started in 1984 as an administrative officer (accounts) with the Kano stste science and Technical schools Board (1984-1990) In 1990, he was admitted at the Yaba college of Technonogy for a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from (1990-1995). He was awarded the Higher National Diploma in 1995. At the end of the course, he was appointed a Technical instructor at Government Technical College, Kano from 1995-2009. In August, 2009, he was appointed the Vice - Principal of Government Technical college, Wudil. In September, 2010, he was transffered to Maitama Sule Science college as a Vice principal, and by September 2010, he was appointed as the Principal of Mairo Tijjani Girls Science and Technical College, Kano from (2010-2016) In september 2016, he was transffered to Maitama Sule Science college, as the Principal. In April, 2019, he was appointed as the School Director of Maitama Sule Science College, Gaya, by the Office of the Head of service of Kano state. His civil service career ended, on the 3rd of April, 2020 after 35 years of meritorious service to kano state. He had attended various seminars/workshops/ capacity building programmes in and outside the state.
