Alh Abdulkadir Hassan was born in Zango Quarters of Kano in the year 1951. He attended Festival Primary school in Kano from 1960 - 1966. He worked with Nigerian NICCO Sweet Co in Kano as a Machine Operator and later worked at Ministry of Agriculture & Irrigation as a chainman. He later went back to school; Kano Educational Development Centre as in-service in 1968 - 1969. He later returned back to service and he was posted to the Ministry of Works and Survey as a Temporary Typist in the Year 1971. Alh Abdulkadir later went to School of Management Studies kano, after, he was promoted to Chief Typist with the Ministry of Works and Survey. After spending 35 years in service he then retired on Grade level 09/15.
